Ms. Robinson from Jacksonville FL is requesting computers & tablets through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
Help me give my students Fire tablets and a printer for the opportunity to have access to educational resources that involves current technology. Students will be able to manipulate basic skills using the tablets. These will also help increase fine motor skills.

My students are ages 4-5 years old, they are very spontaneous and enjoy learning and hands-on activities and technology . My students also enjoy math, where they are able to develop concrete knowledge of math, and how to manipulate it in a activity. Our classroom is very inclusive and supports all developmental domains. My students are very resilient and enjoy learning and exploring the classroom environment. Many students don't have access to technology at home, and would greatly benefit through these tablets. Children will be able to track their progress using various software, and also learn at a pace that conducive to their learning style. The tablets will help me to also track their progress and utilize their growth in planning and individualizing instruction.
Give students a chance to increase awareness and exposure to technology in the classroom. We currently have two computers that are in poor condition and would like to use tablets to increase opportunities that promote approaches to learning using technology, and students will be able to access various learning domains such as math, reading, science, phonics to increase their development. The printer will support the classroom as reports will be printed to share student growth with parents. As a teacher I spend each week printing projects and materials for small group and carry it back and forth between home and school, I would love to be able to print at school.
