We are a K-12 public charter school in Utah. We are an excelling Title I school with over 40 percent of our students on free and/or reduced lunches. As a school, we excel annually, testing as one of the top schools in the state on standardized tests. We do more with less and are proud of it. My students are eager to learn, and it shows!
As a special education teacher, I have the opportunity to work with students who each have unique challenges.
We work together to ensure the success of each individual, according to his/her needs.
My Project
These new math materials and manipulatives will give more positive opportunities for my students to be success with their math skills. The new reading materials will give students the chance to learn about new places and cultures. The laminator will give my nonverbal students the ability to have their communication cards with them at all times without the worry of it being ripped.
