My Students

My students are simply the best! The one thing that makes our classroom so special is our diversity! We love to celebrate our differences. Every child comes to school each day with different needs, but we all love to learn together. I am so lucky to get to spend my days teaching, learning and laughing with this class! I wish that you could spend a day in our class because I know you would never want to leave. Please consider helping us out. No donation is too small! Thank you!

My Project

My 1st grade students love Science! In order to help them explore Science in a hands-on way, we need flashlights! Our study of light and space is always a favorite for my students. But these topics are always challenging to create hands on learning experiences. These flashlights will allow students to study light, shadows, energy, the sun, phases of the moon, and so much more! Our new seat sacks will be a wonderful resource for these little scientists to organize their materials. Students keep anscience journal as well as their other content notebooks. Because we collaborate in my class, students sit at tables where storage is often an issue. These seat sacks will be a wonderful resource.
