This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting basic supplies for the classroom and some flexible seating to help make the classroom more comfortable. My project would help my first grade students have a more hands on learning opportunities. I love to give my students opportunities to have as many hands-on learning experiences as we can in a day. I also want to give my students some flexible seating help them move and fidget will they work.

Our school has one of the highest percentages of foster and homeless youth in the district.

But, my students' circumstances do not define them. They are wonderful children who deserve the best and many opportunities to succeed. With your help and DonorsChoose, I will be able to give my students these opportunities to ensure they have a better future.
