My Students

While struggling to find the right words to describe my students and classroom environment, I decided to elicit assistance from the experts…this is what my student’s said about me and my class:

“A fun, fair, and progressive environment.”

My Project

For the 2018-19 school year I will be returning to the 8th grade ELA classroom. To best prepare my future students to succeed in high school and beyond, I would like to begin converting my (some-what) traditional classroom environment to a 1:1 technology based environment by including student chrome books into my resource base.

College professors conduct their courses utilizing an array of technology based curriculum/resources.

This is far-reaching request. To achieve this goal, I am seeking funding to start acquiring chrome books for a class set. This platform will provide my students with real-life experiences to prepare them for success throughout their academic journey.
