My Students
What's more exciting than learning about the word through math? I have a class of wonderful and excited kindergarten students. My class consists of second language learners, speech students, and a mix of students who have attended preschool and some who have not.
This year has been a great math adventure for my five and six year old students.
My students get so excited when they get to work with a partner and learn about math through hands on activities.

My Project
Math is everywhere! In our kindergarten classroom we use math all day long, from counting to adding and measuring, my students quickly learn that math is a big part of our world.
The math games that we need for our classroom Math Center include exploring numbers to 20, counting, adding, subtracting, identifying shapes and measuring.
The Early Math Instant Learning Centers set includes most of the math that we cover throughout the school year. We spend a lot of time learning about numbers, adding and subtracting and the hands on ten frames will ensure that each child in my room will have their own ten frame to learn about the numbers.
