My Students

Do you remember how boring reviewing lessons in school could be? Worksheet after worksheet, or copying information from the board? I want my students to be excited about a lesson review! They won't even realize they are learning because they will be having so much fun!

I teach 4th grade at a small, low-income school in rural Oklahoma.

We do not currently have the resources available to purchase new materials for students. Budget cuts from the state have placed a huge burden on our school district, but students' learning should not be harmed because of it!

My Project

I want to make my students become excited about lesson reviews instead of being bored with them. So excited that they don't even realize they are actually reviewing! All students enjoy interactive games, so this is just another way to get them involved. I would like to have 2 complete sets of the interactive game "Eggspert," to help my students enjoy reviewing and learning at the same time! This will turn reviewing concepts into a game that all students will be engaged in to increase student achievement.
