Although we love the sun, please help us have a forecast that calls for rain! That is what we are wishing for in our library. I teach 283 students in grades K-5 in a public city school that is experiencing major budget cuts.

"Where can I find dog books?" "I want a book on cats!" I hear these requests almost every day! I am new to this school and was saddened to find how few non-fiction cat/dog books there are. I am trying to build up that section, however, with budget cuts it is difficult.

10 books on cats and dogs would help us build on the collection and would really help us fill the many requests from the children.
