Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My fourth grade students are bright and motivated. They love to read. We are located in Harlem in a under serve community. We are a high need school.

Our classroom library does not contain sufficient books that spark my students interest. My students are English Language Learners. They would benefit from having books that they can enjoy.

I'm asking for 24 graphic novels that my students would enjoy to read. This would be a genre study. My students love to read graphic novels and we don't have enough for everyone to enjoy.

Your donation will empower my students to continue their reading journey. You will provide books that they can enjoy. You will make our classroom library more inviting.
