As a physical educator I am always looking for ways to make fitness fun for my students - knowing that that is the key for them to continue with a physically active lifestyle. There is a program that uses circuit training to achieve those exact goals! Circuit training is great because it moves quickly and keep student from becoming bored with an activity. It also works different muscle groups and different areas of fitness. It will move a student from a cardio station to a strength building station to a flexibility station. Perfect for all around health related fitness. It is also a great tool to use for large classes. I can have up to 100 students in the gym at one time. This program will be easy to set up and monitor for all those students! My students need to discover different ways to be physically active and fit and have fun doing it - this is the perfect program for that!
