"Hands On, Feet Wet" is the motto of our school. Students engage in project-based learning in the classroom, participate in service learning in the community, and work to restore habitat each week.

We are an under-funded charter school, providing all curricular and field trip needs on less than $3500/year. We started up off of grants 7 years ago and have stretched our equipment to the max. During a recent project, both of our video cameras died.

These cameras will help students document the incredible difference they are making on this planet. From being knee-deep in a muddy wetland to sustainably managing a forest, students incorporate the raw footage of these restorations into their final projects for learning assessment.

By supporting this project, you will not be giving kids mere technology, you will be giving them the tools they need to share with the world the story of how each of them is empowered to make a difference.
