We are "wild" about books! I am the Media Specialist in a school with kids from grades Kindergarten through fifth.

Many students love to read about animals they've seen in their environment or animals they may see when traveling in the United States. We have a limited number of books about these animals in our library. We need to expand this section.

We need good nonfiction books about North American animals. The students in fourth grade each choose an animal to do a large research project about. But they aren't the only ones who would use the books, kids in all grade levels love to find out more about these animals also.

With your help, kids can become more in tune with their own environment and the life forms that exist both inside and outside their own neighborhoods.
