Teaching With Technology! I teach 8th grade Computer Discovery. Teachers today have a hard time competing with new innovated games. We are constantly creating new ways to grab and keep students interested in learning.

Our district was hit hard with damages from Hurricane Katrina. We are still in great need of supplies to make teaching a success. In today's society, our students' knowledge of computers will help their future success.

A multimedia projector will allow me easier access by visually showing my students technology techniques. Business cards are used in my classroom for students to create their own. Creating projects with my students is part of my everyday assignments. Having color paper makes for brighter creative displays of student's work. I try to have flash drives on hand for students who wish to work on assignments at home and bring in to school the next day. Having extra flash drives on hand allows students to have this ability.

With your help, you will make it possible for my students to enjoy and engage in many creative activities this year.
