Math Acceleration For Calculating Minds

My students need a class set of 20 calculators with fractional capability to help reinforce and accelerate their mathematical skills.

I teach six Acceleration Math classes which consist of sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students with special needs in math for passing the state assessment for promotion.

My six classes of middle school Acceleration Math students are chosen because of low CRCT math scores and/or they are not up to grade level.

These calculators will allow my students the opportunity to excel in learning math concepts. These students will have an opportunity to work on their deficiencies in concepts such as fractions, decimals, and percents.

By supporting this project, you will make it possible for these low-achieving students to reach their goal of passing the Math section of the CRCT (Criterion Reference Competency Test).

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
