My students need two boxes of Genres of Literature Readers Theater Script Boxes to help them become creative fluent readers! These boxes contain a variety of genre scripts that include historical fiction, adventure, mysteries, and fantasy.

I teach 5th grade reading at the oldest school in our district. Our school does not have any type of drama program for our students to express themselves. We also have a need to improve reading fluency and reading comprehension.

Reader's Theater is one way that we try to enhance not only a students talents and creativity, but also reading fluency and comprehension. Without the necessary scripts we are unable to fulfill this important need.

To be able to hold weekly Reader's Theater in our classroom we need scripts! Using these Reader's Theater Script Boxes that encompass a variety of genres, will promote better reading comprehension and fluency as well as offer students a creative way to express themselves.

This project is very important to me. By helping fund this project my students will be able to express themselves in a creative way. In return they will become more fluent which leads to an increase in reading comprehension. Please help us purchase these Reader's Theater Script Boxes.
