We will be using this classroom set to complete a novel study throughout our school year. By having a class set the students can read the novel at their pace and better complete the assignments that come with it. Using novels to read helps children build upon fluency, comprehension, and so much more! Students will be engaged in the readings and work together to complete Google Slides, reports, and reenact parts of the story. They will create comprehension questions for their classmates. Students will be expected to pass assessments throughout the novel study. Formative and summative assessments will be administered.
