Our students prepare and perform many different types of speeches. These range from original persuasive and informative speeches, to interpretations of drama, prose, and poetry, to speeches for special occasions. They present in school classrooms, assemblies, and in competitions around the country. Some speeches require the use of manuscripts or visual aids. Many students cannot afford the peripheral materials, like presentation binders and carrying cases for visual aids. These supplies will help students focus on their research, speechwriting and presentations. The Great Speeches books will provide inspiration. The full range of speech areas need to be fully accessible, so all students can make their voices heard.
