Welcome! I teach a diverse population of students, ranging in abilities, using limited resources in an aging school. My students and I joke that we will travel to the moon, even though all we have is broken pencils and paperclips. My students are living in a world where technology is everywhere, but the majority of them cannot afford computers or high-end software. When asked about the future, few of my students even considered technology based careers, despite their proximity to Silicon Valley.
