As a teacher, I'm primarily concerned with the quality and experiences of my students; secondarily with the state of education in general. It seems to me that since "a rising tide lifts all ships", I ought to put some effort into making other classrooms successful too. The idea is to have teachers doante to other teachers and "pay it forward".
