Mental Health and Wellness Resources for Teens

This school year has brought a lot of unexpected challenges to students and teachers alike. Many report feeling higher levels of anxiety and isolation. That’s why we’re proud to share access to digital lessons to support your students’ health and wellness, a great resource for Mental Health Awareness Month. The lessons in the two digital resources available in your EVERFI account will help equip your students with the knowledge and tools to make healthy, informed decisions. They’ll cover the science of substance use disorder, refusal skills, mental health basics, and healthy coping mechanisms and more.

Our mission is to help students understand that like our physical health, our mental health can be strengthened through daily habits.

In this survey, you'll be asked to share two screenshots of your account dashboard showing at least 10 student completions of one digital lesson from EVERFI’s Prescription Drug Safety course and at least 10 student completions of one digital lesson from EVERFI's Mental Wellness Basics course. Please have those ready before starting the survey. If everything checks out after you fill out this form, you'll be emailed your $120 DonorsChoose gift code within two weeks.

Teachers can only fill out each classroom rewards form once, and can earn a maximum of 1 gift code for each form. Teachers will only be able to redeem 1 gift code from each opportunity. Please note, you will only be able to submit this form once. Our team is unable to make any changes or edits to your responses. Once you have submitted, you will not be able to retake the survey, and our team won't be able to re-open it for you.
