My students are risk takers, innovators, and problem solvers. They are always up for a challenge and never back down. They amaze me each and every day, and they motivate me to be the best I can be, no matter what! Thinking about what is best for our students is the focus of our elementary school. Each teacher goes above and beyond to reach and teach all of our students.

My Project
Dash the Interactive Robot, the Literacy Pioneer, is traveling unchartered territory. Dash is merging the traditional literacy skills such as reading, writing, and communication skills with a digital format.
By providing nontraditional literacy activities such as robotics will provide more opportunities for all the learning styles of students to grow in literacy skills.
It is important to provide a variety of literacy activities that will tap into all levels and learning styles of today's students. Using Dash the interactive robot will provide success for students who excel in the digital platform and also help students grow in digital education while meeting all literacy standards.
