Message from Superintendent Ruben Reyes

We're very excited to join the DonorsChoose District Partnership Program because it opens up new opportunities for teachers to fund projects that will supplement our core program and help them provide the kind of educational experiences our students need to be prepared to thrive in the 21st Century. By partnering with DonorsChoose, we can better support Robla School District teachers who are creating lessons that increase students' excitement about coming to school every day.

About Robla Elementary School District

The Robla School District is located in the north of the city of Sacramento, California. Our community is very diverse but over 90% of our students live in poverty. Our vision statement is "Every students achieves their potential in a growth-minded environment rich in challenging practices and reflective learning for all." We strive to provide an excellent instructional program that is part of a much larger plan that supports our students and their families to meet the challenges that they face. Our services provide supports for academic needs, social-emotional needs, wellness, nutrition and overall physical and mental health. All Robla staff members work to establish strong relationships with their students. This not only sets a strong foundation for school cultures that are calm and safe but helps us to know more about the needs of each child.
