District Partner
The Fort Sam Houston School district is a unique public school district in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. While we are a public district, we reside entirely on a military installation. As a result, all of our FSHISD students are military dependents. These incredible students face unique challenges such as high mobility and frequent parent deployment.

The district is comprised of two campuses – the Fort Sam Houston Elementary School which houses grades PK-5 and our combined secondary campus Robert G. Cole Middle and High School which contains grades 6-12. Our total district enrollment is approximately 1550.

FSHISD is committed to providing and cultivating a culture of innovation, student engagement, and continuous improvement. We set high expectations for both students and staff in order to prepare our students for success in their pursuit of higher education or in the workforce.
