My project is really small. I'm asking for only six tables that fit four grown adult bodies comfortably. I am finding that my classes of 30+ with adult bodies are too large for my current flexible seating. I find that when kids work in the round they have a tendency to feel included, to feel heard and to be brave enough to try something new. We need these tables to give kids a little bit of Camelot in the classroom. My classroom does discussion and collaborative thinking and roundtables help facilitate discussion while allowing each student the seating that makes them feel a part of the group.
