This school year is very different from years past! We are three speech language pathologists trying desperately to keep our students progressing in the safest way possible. We are in need of PPE and cleaning supplies for our rooms. The goal of our project is to provide every student with individual speech language therapy materials to meet social distancing requirements due to do COVID-19 pandemic. We are also in need of teacher therapy supplies that are conducive to implementing socially distanced speech therapy. This project is attempting to lessen the economic burden on parents. The individual supply kits will vary depending on the grades of students. However, it will include writing utensils, dry erase boards, multi-sensory materials, etc. Individual supplies will limit the contact between students during speech language therapy. The laminator and laminating pouches will be used to laminate materials so they can be disinfected and re-used. The label maker will allow us to label all of the materials for each individual student. The organization supplies will allow us to keep all the students work in school and organized.
