About my class

Have you ever had to sit through a long meeting? Do you remember sitting in class and not being able to move around? It's not a good feeling and I don't want my students to experience that! I want my kindergartners to explore flexible seating and find what works best for them as learners as they're engaged in hands-on activities. My goal is to offer several choices in seating so that each child may choose where they're most comfortable and better able to focus. The wobble chairs are the ideal seat for kids who just can’t sit still. Its rounded base allows kids to swivel, tilt and wobble without tipping over. It allows kids to channel restless energy as they work or play games. The wobble chairs help create an active learning environment that keeps bodies and minds engaged. These chairs support sensory seekers who benefit from active sitting and helps kids with low muscle tone improve core strength. With your help the wobble chairs will be the first of several choices offered to my students!
