The use of technology has become a "non-negotiable" or mandatory component for learning in the classroom today. As education continues to evolve, WE must take the necessary steps to make sure we provide the resources needed and continue to evolve with it. In our classroom, we use computers and technology for all core subjects. At least twice a day, we rotate in small groups to different stations and one of them is our technology center. Unfortunately, there just aren't enough computers to support all students. By having tablets and headsets to go along with them, students will be able to gain the full experience of having a class device and learning through technology. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student access to digital technology, you will ultimately play a large role in the increase of their academic achievement. To continue to support this STEM positive environment, it is important for students to learn and get comfortable with the technological world we live in.
