I'm a first year teacher in the Gaston County School system! My choral department stands around 200 students of diverse cultures and backgrounds. According to sources, the department experienced an incident that left them without classroom leadership for 2-3 months, until I arrived as an interim substitute in May of 2017. As of June 2017, I am now the full-time director of these 200 students. Together, we plan to make the department a new place with new experiences and new music.
