My students are my incoming brand new second graders for the 2011-2012 school year. I am a second year teacher who is striving to provide my students with as many resources as possible during our Daily 5 literacy block this year. Second graders are excited about learning and it is my goal to foster a lifelong love for reading in every one of my students. I believe in providing quality learning materials in my classroom and providing students with the ability to make choices during independent work times using those materials.
