The mission of JROTC is to motivate students to become better citizens in society. Part of this mission is accomplished by placing senior cadets (students) in leadership positions allowing them the opportunity to mentor and motivate junior cadets in the program. Physical fitness is a key component. Our cadets are given two physical fitness assessments per year. We model inclusion and diversity in our program by allowing every cadet the opportunity to succeed at his or her ability. The transformation is incredible, as senior cadets model leadership, self-discipline, teamwork and respect for their classmates. The results are junior cadets desire to emulate their senior leaders and reciprocate the process in school and their communities. Your support will provide team-building and physical fitness resources we need to accomplish our mission. Our cadets have adopted their own personal motto, "It is not where you start, it is where you finish, so Finish Strong! (Unknown Author)."
