I have a few xylophones and metalophones in class, but I need to fill out the instrumentation to help make the music sound great. The glockenspiels would be the upper voices needed and the bass bar would give the foundation to the arrangements. My students need full instrumentation and the ability to use these instruments to improvise their own arrangements of music. To be able to play music of today and music of old on these instruments will be exciting to the students. For the younger students, the ability to learn music reading while playing on instruments where certain bars can be removed will strengthen their musicality.
