Tennessee has new social studies standards. Unfortunately, we are not given much time in our day to teach history. I am a teacher that loves to integrate both reading standards and social studies standards at the same time. I want to be able to make history come to life with some great books. The Who Was/What Was series are awesome books to do just that. I have the need for small group sets of these books to teach from. The books are written in a way that keeps students interested in the topic and the students love them and love reading about history.
