My student are just starting the learning process in the public school system. Their interests are as varied as their diverse backgrounds. One of the common denominators with my students is that they all have been exposed to computers, from smart phones to desktops. Through the use of educational apps, students will be able to widen their horizons while learning the basic foundations required by the local board. Using apps will help to reinforce what the students are learning in the classroom. Students will use classroom Chromebooks to play games, study new subjects, and investigate topics that may interest them. Computers will also enable students become more literate in the use of these tools that are being used more and more in classroom instruction.
