My students are in need of school supplies so that they have a successful school year! I created this project and I am requesting items that are on the school supply list, yet can present a financial burden to the low-income families in our school district. My desire is to ensure that my students have the best start this school year, by having these items for their use. I am asking for pencils, paper, glue sticks, markers, and crayons that will be used by the students to complete daily assignments. One way that these material will be used in my class is by creating interactive notebooks, which require scissors, glue sticks, and crayons to complete. The interactive notebooks are used as a learning tool that can be referenced throughout the year.
