My students are a group of 7th and 8th graders who are excited about the possibilities for this school year and beyond. We are currently challenged with creating a spirit-filled atmosphere amongst the students and the staff as we enter into a 2 year process of rebuilding our physical school buildings. During this time of rebuilding, our need to promote a positive environment will be at its highest of necessity. The Leadership class is working hard to bring about activities during the 2 lunch breaks. Activities from theme days to team competitions, from intramural sports to students vs teachers games, from Rap Battles to chill music at lunch will be the core to developing school spirit and unification of the student body as a whole. In all that they do, they always try to include all students who want to participate and provide a fun activity to watch for those who choose to support the participants.
