Hello Friends! My name is Ms. Pewett and I teach grades 3-5 in the Strategies Program at School Within School located in Capitol Hill. School Within School is a child-centered, collaborative learning environment inspired by the Reggio-Emilia approach to education. The Strategies Program serves students with High Functioning Autism (HFA) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based social emotional learning programs to teach social skills, increase academic engagement and performance, and develop critical life skills.
