Need in Deed is a service learning program that inspires students to give back to their community! Last year my students focused on child abuse caused by addicted parents. It was so touching to hear their poetry and watch their power points but all they wanted was to create a video! They wanted to create an anti-abuse, anti-bullying campaign and I was so sad not to be able to give them that! They know iMovie so well and all we need is a video camera!
