The materials I'm requesting are to give my students the opportunity to explore engaging books right in their very own classroom. My goal is to provide a classroom library that is organized and full of books students love. These bookshelves, book bins, and books will provide my students with an organized area in the classroom to explore all of their favorite books. When students are provided with a wide range of reading materials they begin to develop a love of reading that will continue throughout their lives. Part of becoming a strong reader is reading more each day. I have found that peeking students' interest in reading comes with providing them books on topics they enjoy. Many of my students love reading and this project will only enhance this love and increase their reading ability.
