I teach an extraordinary group of 5th grade students from diverse backgrounds who all deserve the very best educational opportunities. My goal is to seek ways to bring resources and materials into my classroom that will promote critical thinking and problem-solving, that are relevant to my students' lives, and that will promote 21st Century skills. With your support my students will have the opportunity to delve deeper into their exploration of Science and begin to make STEM connections. Additionally, they will continue to develop critical thinking skills and feel confident in thinking outside the box.
