The students in my public elementary school are at a high free and reduced lunch ratio. My class is comprised of first graders. Most come from homes where reading books is not encouraged or supported. They would be delighted to have the opportunity to be read to more often! The project includes a Reading Cart, 2 cd/cassette players, 24 personal earphones, and 2 audio jack units. Because of the high incidence of communicable diseases and critters, the personal earphone sets are important to this project.

About my class
