The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of our solar system to build interest in learning fascinating facts about each of the planets. With the inflated balloon they get to see the different sizes to illustrate the vast differences in actual size and their color. They would learn to memorize in order the planets starting with the planet closest to the Sun and the farthest from the Sun: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. I have noticed my students are noticeably more engaged to learn with hands-on materials like these models.
