Technology has become the thing in this day and age and I want my students to be able to have the same opportunities that everyone else has. With an iPad, we will be better able to connect better digitally. Teachers get new laptops every five to six years, and this sudden jump to virtual learning needs to be ready and easily accessible. This leaves teachers behind and trying to keep up with outdated technology. I want to provide my class with an updated iPad that they can use in the classroom. With the iPad, students will be able to work on assignments that I have set during center time on different apps that are housed on the iPad. They will also be able to use the iPad to explore and complete class projects by snapping pictures and make videos. I will be able to use the project to monitor and record assessments that I do on my students.
