I teach adaptive art to a group of students with extreme special needs and I have a child with special needs of my own. Making art accessible to everyone is important to me and my school community. These adaptive materials will help my special need students create beautiful artwork in art class. By donating to my project my students with special needs will be able to participate in art class at their own ability levels. These materials will help to improve my students fine motor skills and allow them to express themselves through the art making process.
