Reading is an integral part of our school day. Every morning, we complete the morning message and write class stories. During this time we learn about new sight words and letters through the exploration of sentences and books. Your donation to my project would help my students become more fluent readers and improve on Kindergarten skills. This easel is magnetic and will help my students learn sight words using magnetic letters. We can use the book ledge to read big books and to point to words easily while reading. The students can point out words and sight words within the text. The easel also has storage in the back of it. This would be nice for whole group lessons, because everything I would need would be right in one place.
