These materials are all easily cleanable to be reused or will be distributed to students to stay with them in their classroom or home/remote setting during the school year. With COVID changes to everyday school routines, OT looks a bit different than it has in the past. Hoping this is only temporary, these tools would benefit students beyond the OT room. My hopes are to provide students with IEP, 504 plans with these tools in addition to teachers who may have struggling students with the recent school changes due to COVID (who could benefit from such tools!) Therabands are put around an individual student's chair as a foot fidget. This helps with attention and movement seeking tendencies! Pencil fidgets are important since the ability to use everyday fidgets and sharing is limited. Pencil fidgets give individual students their own reusable. Wikki Stix cards allow students to massage roll, and more... All are easily cleanable and able to be used with multiple students!
