Seat sacks help us organize our materials that are needed to succeed in the classroom. They teach us organization, responsibility, and accountability. We have new tables in our classroom rather than desks which is great for collaboration in my kindergarten classroom. However, we have lost the "cubby" part of the desk so now we need to manage our tools. Seat sacks hang on the students chairs and provides a pocket for them to keep folders, papers, pencils, scissors, and crayons. Each student will have their own seat sack which makes them responsible for their tools. They will have to organize their own tools and remain accountable for them so they can be successful in the classroom!
