Building a 21st century classroom is ideal, but somewhat difficult with lack of technology money readily available. I am proud to say that that our school works hard annually to gain resources. Though not always successful, as a school, we know in our hearts we are trying to set up model technology classrooms for our little ones. At this time, I am interested in an iPad for my awesome, hard working 1st graders. I come to school each morning greeted by their smiling faces and I love that. As an educator, I work hard to embed seamless technology lessons into my classroom daily. For me, it is a must. I currently teach all subjects in 1st grade and absolutely love working with my students! My students are eager to learn and work in centers every day. I have no doubt that with an iPad and your help, coupled with free apps available, I would further enrich my classroom reading and math centers for my students.
