Our students have been through a lot. We started 1 month late because of Hurricane Harvey. We need all the tools/help we can get to help our students study and review for the STAAR or any exam for that matter. This interactive notebook was designed by ESC2 in Corpus Christi to help teach our students the topics/teks that they need to help study for this exam. Any tool or book that we can create out of regular office supplies would be a great help. We have been doing this for several years now. It does really work. But it is hard to ask students to bring all these supplies with their regular school supplies and I can not afford to buy all this for our students. At the end of the year, students have a sturdy book that they can continue to use to review some basic concepts as they progress to Algebra next year. This book is easy to put in backpacks and cover is indestructable... sort of. Most of my students want to keep this for next year.
