I am a Reading Intervention teacher at a large urban school in Charlottesville, Virginia. I work with small groups of struggling readers in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Many of my students do not have books in their homes. I am creating a classroom library full of books that my students can borrow. New books build excitement, which creates motivated readers!
