The listening center helps to instill the love of reading and reading skills in my scholars. It is a part of our ELA block. I am in need of a headphones so that my scholars can not only see how the words on the page can come alive in a fluid, expressive way but also hear the words come alive. My students will be able to build upon their sight vocabulary, improve their listening skills and be exposed to a variety of story structures. Students who are able to hear different voices reading to them become more fluent in reading.

About my class
